These terms apply to the EU → US LLC Operator Pack sold from pack.developer-experts.net. They are a shop policy. They are not legal advice about your consumer-rights statute.

Seller
Developer Experts, LLC, a Florida, United States limited liability company. Site: pack.developer-experts.net. When Polar checkout is connected, Polar typically acts as merchant of record for the customer invoice and sales-tax / VAT remittance they document. You remain responsible for income tax in your country of residence.
The product
A one-time digital download of educational operating checklists and plain-text templates, written in English, described on the contents page. Price: $79 USD. Not a subscription. Not a filing service. Not entity formation, registered-agent service, visa help, or completed government forms.
Not legal or tax advice
The pack is published as an educational operating checklist. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or immigration advice and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, CPA, or Skatteverket / IRS professional. Forms, rates, addresses, and program rules change. Always use official originals. Do not treat any template as an official government form.
We do not promise reduced withholding, $0 US tax, a Swedish classification of a US LLC, a bank account, an EIN, a visa, or any particular payout or compliance outcome. If a blog (including one that mentions this pack) says otherwise, discard it and open the official URLs.
Delivery
After payment, you receive digital files (download or Polar customer portal, as configured at launch). There is no physical shipment. You need a device and software that can open markdown or plain text.
14-day refund
If you bought this pack as a consumer digital download and you have not downloaded the files in a way that completes performance, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing the address on your Polar (or other) receipt.
If you asked for immediate access and the download was delivered, EU rules on digital content may limit withdrawal. We still honour a 14-day refund on this SKU if you write to us within that window and the purchase is unused as a commercial resale.

License
You receive a personal license to use the files in your own operations. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the pack as a competing product, or present its templates as official IRS, Skatteverket, Amazon, or Sunbiz forms. Official government pages linked from the pack remain the property of those agencies.
Checkout
The “Buy $79” controls on this site go to Polar checkout. Polar processes the payment and issues the customer invoice.
Availability and changes
Draft files may be revised before and after release. Official URLs in the pack should be re-checked; instructions are revised by the IRS and other agencies. We may update this page. The version dated above applies to purchases made while it is posted.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, the pack is provided as educational material and we are not liable for decisions you make after reading it — including filings, tax interviews, bank applications, or treaty claims. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain available.
