Privacy notice

A short notice for visitors and buyers of the EU → US LLC Operator Pack. This site is a static brochure. Checkout, when it exists, is handled by Polar.

Last updated 29 August 2026. This is a privacy notice, not legal advice.

Controller

Developer Experts, LLC (Florida, United States) decides why visitor and customer data for this product is processed. Contact: the email address on your Polar receipt once checkout is live; until then, the address published with the product listing. Site: pack.developer-experts.net.

What this static site collects

These pages are static HTML, CSS, and an SVG icon. We do not run an account system, newsletter form, or first-party analytics script on this site.

If the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare may process standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, approximate location derived from IP, timestamp) to deliver the files, keep the network secure, and diagnose errors. That processing is necessary to serve the site (legitimate interests / contract to deliver a public page). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-oriented, typically no cookies) on pack.developer-experts.net.

Cookies

This static site does not set first-party tracking cookies and does not use a marketing pixel. If your browser shows a Cloudflare or similar infrastructure cookie, that is for delivery and security of the host, not for advertising on our behalf.

When Polar checkout is connected, Polar and its payment partners (typically including Stripe) may set cookies or similar storage on their checkout pages that we do not control. Those cookies are described in Polar’s own notices at the time you pay.

Checkout — Polar as processor / merchant of record

The “Buy $79” control goes to Polar checkout. This static site does not collect payment data; Polar handles the checkout page.

When checkout exists:

Read Polar’s current terms and privacy documentation: polar.sh/docs. Stripe may appear as Polar’s payout or checkout rail; see stripe.com/privacy.

Transfers

Developer Experts, LLC is established in the United States. Cloudflare and Polar also process data in the US and other countries. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, that is an international transfer. Safeguards, where used, are those offered by the providers (for example Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not operate a separate EU representative on this page; that may be added if required for the volume of EU processing.

Retention

Host logs: whatever Cloudflare retains for security and operations. Purchase and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting rules require for a Florida seller and for Polar’s merchant records. Refund email: as long as needed to complete the request and keep a proof of the decision.

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If those laws apply to you, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to your local supervisory authority (in Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY). To exercise rights about a purchase, start with the email on your Polar receipt so we can find the order.

We do not sell personal information and do not use this site for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Children

The pack is written for founders operating a company. It is not directed at children.

Changes

If checkout, email capture, or analytics is added, this notice will be updated before that processing starts. The date at the top will change.
